MFM Toolkit for the CPII / Innova SPM. Magnetic Force Microscopy (MFM) is used for measuring magnetic domain information on the sample. MFM images the spatial variation magnetic forces between magnetic tip and samples. The MFM Toolkit includes MFM tip magnetizer, non-magnetic sample holder, hard disk test sample, and MFM probes for the Innova.
