Orders will ship via Federal Express and are fully insured. The total shipping cost will be shown in your Shopping Cart at purchase. Where applicable, the shipping fee includes all import costs, freight, brokerage, import taxes, and duty.
On shipment of your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes shipping information.
To return an item, you may do so within 30 days of shipment, please contact webstore@sfr.ca for more information. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and a re-stocking charge may apply.
