4 x 4" Trays consisting of four pieces (tray, lid and two clamps) for secure storage of semiconductor dies and other samples. May also be referred to as waffle pack trays. Available in two sizes. Pair with Microscope Slide Labels below for easy and visible cataloging.
Check that sample height (as well as length and width) is compatible with compartment depth. Shallower pockets can accomodate taller samples but they may come in contact with the lid.
