This extensive line of specimen holders all have a female M4 thread and are compatible with all of our modular SEM Stage Adapters. If used with the Jeol or ZEISS/LEO dovetail stage adapter one of the adapter buttons 15372 or 15372-10 is needed.

15364 - Single Pin Stub Holder Ø15 x 55mm H, M4

For holding and viewing SEM mounts with the standard 3.2mm pin. Made of aluminum, includes a pin locking screw. Four different heights are available: 10, 25, 38 and 55mm. Short Button Adapter (15372) is needed when used with the Dovetail stage adapters (15371 or 15397).

Screw used is 6-32 x 1/8 hex set screw, stainless steel.
