Cantilever Holder for Innova AFM

This holder is custom engineered to easily mount the Anasys Instruments ThermaLeverTM probes in the Innova AFM head and electrically connect to the NanoTA2/SThM electronics.
It enables Innova AFM users to use the thermal probes in tapping mode or contact mode operation depending on the type of thermal probe selected.
