Cantilever Holder for Hitachi HiTech (formerly Seiko)SPA400

This holder is custom engineered to easily mount our ThermaLeverTM probes in the SPA400 head and electrically connect to the NanoTA2 electronics.
It enables Seiko users to use the thermal probes in AC mode or contact mode operation depending on the type of thermal probe selected.
