This holder is custom engineered in collaboration with Agilent Technologies to enable users of the 5500 AFM (PicoPlus) or 5400 AFM to seamlessly use our ThermaLeverTM probes.
It enables Agilent users to use the thermal probes in AC mode or contact mode operation depending on the type of thermal probe selected.
Note: Not compatible with the 4500 SPM (PicoSPM)
